If you have created an account within the Eziokwu TV application, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

To request account deletion:

• Send an email to eziokwutv@tfmediacast.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
• Include the email address or phone number associated with your account

We will process your request within 7 business days. Upon deletion, the following will be permanently removed:

• Account profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Viewing history and content preferences
• Any other personal data linked to your account

Some information may be retained beyond this period where required by law (e.g., for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes), and will be deleted once that legal obligation no longer applies.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
